Customer Experience Manager

At Safety Media we are looking for a dynamic and confident Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer Experience Team.
From the outset, you will be assigned a portfolio of existing Customer accounts to whom you will have a quarterly meaningful meeting, either on site or over the phone, giving you the variety of both office-based work and getting out and about to meet your Customers face to face.
You will introduce new courses and functionality to your Customers and schedule any upskilling of our E-learning and Health and Safety software solutions. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and ensuring that our Customers are maximising the functionality of our solutions to get the best return from their investment.
You will also be responsible for implementing, upskilling and supporting new Customers with the implementation of our solution. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to showcase your excellent attention to detail by ensuring all the actions that arise off the back of site visits and telephone calls are followed up so that new solutions implementations achieve their ‘go live’ target.
You’ll plan your diary and set your own goals, and ultimately own your workload. You will work as part of a team who are dedicated to ensuring every interaction with our Customers – inbound, outbound or by email, is positive and that as a team we always go the extra mile.

You’ll work Monday to Friday from our new modern head office, which is conveniently located near the A55 in St Asaph.

What will I need in order to be considered for this Customer Experience Manager role?
- Experience of working in a sales or account manager role, with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service and building positive relationships with your customers
- Be pro-active, self-motivated and exhibit great time-management skills
- Be an excellent verbal and written communicator, and have good IT skills
- Display confidence and tenacity
- Hold a full UK driving licence
