Are you an outstanding Customer Account manager who loves to build enduring relationships with their clients? Do you have a consultative approach, which puts your customers first?

At Safety Media we are looking for a confident Customer Account Manager or sales professional to join our Customer Account team. You will have a portfolio of our existing clients, who you are responsible for. Consulting with them on their renewals, ensuring they are getting value from our solutions, retaining them and making sure they would have no hesitation in recommending us. You will have autonomy to plan your diary to maximise opportunities. This role provides the variety of being office based and getting out and about to meet your clients at their sites.

In order to be considered for this Customer Account Manager role you will:

  • Be an outstanding sales professional or customer account manager with a proven track record, ideally in B2B
  • Have a passion for customer account management and building enduring relationships with your clients
  • Feel comfortable working on your own initiative and driving yourself
  • Have worked towards and delivered targets and, be motivated by them
  • Identify opportunities for growth
  • Be happy communicating constructively and negotiating with your client base
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Display confidence and tenacity
  • Ideally, have worked with CRM, or an equivalent
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

The successful applicant will be offered a permanent contract with full time hours, working Monday to Friday.
