To help us achieve this vision, we are looking to expand our New Business Sales team with the addition of a Business Development Manager who is a real sales hunter and relationship builder.
You will self-generate and manage new sales leads for our SaaS Enterprise system. Seeking out the needs and wants of prospects, communicating the benefits and features of our software and matching our best solution for their needs.
Supporting our vision to be the number one provider of Health and Safety software solutions. You won’t be afraid to open as many doors as possible to reach out to the right decision makers. The perfect candidate will be able to execute the sales process from end to end with passion and always be aware of creating value for our customers.
Based out of our Head Office in St Asaph, you’ll be self-generating and managing new sales leads for our solutions. You’ll communicate the benefits and features of our software, seek out the needs and wants of prospective clients and take a consultative approach to ensure that the right solutions are presented to match their needs.
You will have the drive to succeed, to open as many doors as possible and to reach out to the right decision makers, executing the sales process from end to end.
You’ll be regularly allocated inbound leads for your region and have the opportunity to attend a number of trade shows and exhibitions throughout the year to generate more leads. Your duties will include, although not be limited to:
- Creating and managing your own sales pipeline, to secure meetings with decision makers
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve year on year target revenue
- Researching innovative ideas to develop new business
As the Business Development Manager, you will be employed on a permanent, full time contract and will receive an attractive salary with the level dependent on experience, as well as a generous commission.
What will I need to be considered for this Business Development Manager vacancy?
You’ll be a real sales hunter with an inquisitive nature and the curiosity to ask the right questions. In addition, you’ll have;
- Proven B2B sales experience demonstrating ability to generate new business revenue
- Experience of managing and closing sales cycles
- Excellent solution-based selling, communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Tenacious work ethic and highly organised
- Full and clean UK driving licence
