In order to help with this we have developed a starter pack with all sorts of support to help you launch your system and learning for your employees.  This includes posters, wording for emails and general ideas for how you can get your staff excited about completing what is rarely high on people’s to do list!

An example of this in practice came recently from a client who had bought our Express e-Learning system and was really excited about how great the features would be from an administration and reporting point of view.  However, as is so often the case, they struggled to get their learners to actually take the courses.
